About Us

TRANSCELTNIEKS Ltd. was founded in 1991 by the former employees of the construction department No.723 of the “Baltija” Transport and construction company (“Balttransstroy” Trust of the USSR Transport Construction Ministry). During all these years on the market, we have gained valuable experience in railway construction, civil and industrial construction, as well as engineering networks installation.

Since 2005 company is a member of the Railwaymen Association of Latvia.

Despite a thorny path full of challenges, we have got time-proven and proud of our own production base with access tracks, a team of high-class engineering and technical workers, professional railway equipment, and a cozy office you can visit at Ganibu dambis 22 in Riga.
